‘How To Fly High’ success stories shared by the Press.
It is fantastic to see Alan Ridealgh, MD of Muntons Plc, receiving press coverage in the East Anglian Daily Times for a snippet of the learning that he shared in ‘How To Fly High’, the book specifically designed to help those in business to learn from each other.
Part of Alan’s story includes the decision not to continue selling to over half of their brewing customers – those who did not value them.
In ‘How To Fly High’, he describes the journey of this decision, together with what he had to do as a leader to bring others on board.
Thank you to Alan Ridealgh, the team at Muntons Plc and Sarah Chambers at the East Anglian Daily Times for their support in sharing learning to benefit others. Click here to read the press release online.
Angela Dellar, author of ‘How To Fly High’, was also pleased to share how she compiled the book with Vicky Gayle at the Maldon and Burnham Standard.
Angela explained, “I’m passionate about sharing learning to benefit others and making it easily accessible. Those involved were really open and honest such as Majestic Wine’s Rowan Gormley, ‘there was a dawning realisation that I had to change’.
Many thanks to Vicky and the team for a great article and helping to spread the word.
Also including Angus Thirlwell of Hotel Chocolat and local businesses such as Praxis42 Ltd in Hadleigh, Suffolk and RSE Building Services in Laindon, Essex, others who have read the book say:
“’How To Fly High’ is a short book jam packed with valuable nuggets of business wisdom. Learning from other people who are already successful is definitely the easiest and most effective route to follow. It saves time and money and helps avoid common mistakes.” Graham McGregor
Pauline Prockter said, “Dr Louise Beaumont’s chapter has inspired me”. Louise shares how she fought and succeeded in a new product launch against all the odds.
Thank you also in anticipation of sharing this free resource widely so that as many people as possible can benefit.
